Strong Developments in association with a London property investment company is applying for permission to construct two luxury detached architect designed houses facing the sea.  There will also be seven two bedroom luxury apartments, all with sea views and underground parking and three further apartments which are to be developed by utilising the existing property “Wyndcliffe”.  A further house, which is slightly smaller, is to be built in Sea View Rd., subject to planning.
